Low Carb Gluten Free Mexican Layered Dip

I know this is Thanksgiving and most of us are still thinking about that turkey dinner but let's face it, you're going to get tired of that turkey real soon and when you do how about trying this easy and delicious low carb mexican layered dip.

As recipes go this one is fairly quick and easy and is always popular at birthday parties and other events where you need to bring a covered dish. Just throw in some pork rinds for the low carb eaters and you're all set,

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 80z. pkg cream cheese softened
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 small onion diced
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1/2 head of lettuce shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Brown the ground beef adding your taco seasoning while it's cooking. Then pour your ground beef mixture into the serving dish.
Next, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream before spreading it over the ground beef.
Then top with your salsa, finishing up with your chopped onions and shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese.
